Essensey Caffeine is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules containing 200 mg of caffeine and grapefruit extract standardised for the content of naringenin.

Ingredients: anhydrous caffeine (40%); maltodextrin; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)]; grapefruit extract (Citrus paradisi) [98% naringenin] (10%); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts and tree nuts.
DESCRIPTION OF INGREDIENTS OF ESSENSEY CAFFEINE:
- Caffeine absorption. Caffeine is quickly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, reaching its maximum concentration in the blood 30-120 minutes after consumption, depending on the individual conditions of the body and the presence of food in the stomach2. Caffeine is distributed through the blood to all body tissues1.
- Natural antioxidant. Naringenin is a naturally occurring flavonoid in grapefruit with antioxidant activity5. The Essensey Caffeine product contains 50 mg of grapefruit extract standardised for the presence of naringenin.
Essensey Caffeine dietary supplement is intended for:

- physically active people and athletes
- intensive mental work
Usage: Take 1 capsule a day with an appropriate amount of water, preferably before breakfast or 30 minutes before training. Do not use before bedtime. Do not combine with alcohol. The recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Store out of the reach of small children, in a dry and cool place. Protect from light and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
Attention: Do not consume with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Due to the high caffeine content (200 mg / daily portion), the product is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, diabetics and people sensitive to caffeine, with hypertension and other circulatory system diseases. Do not exceed 400 mg of caffeine daily. The product contains naringenin, which may affect the intestinal absorption of some drugs, leading to temporary changes in their metabolism.
