SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE. TREC SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE is a high-protein supplement containing soy protein isolate. It is a valuable source of high-quality protein, low in carbohydrates, fat and cholesterol. Despite their plant origin, proteins isolated from soy have properties very similar to the most popular animal proteins. TREC SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE contains protein that helps maintain muscle mass. The product is recommended as a protein supplement in the daily diet of athletes and physically active people. The recommended daily dose is 90 g.
Usage:
Dissolve a single portion of the product - 30 g (2 scoops) in 300 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. To obtain the consistency of a dessert, dissolve a single portion of the product - 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk. Take 3 servings a day.
On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving within 1.5 hours after training and the third serving before bed.
On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals and 3rd serving before going to bed.
