NITROBOLON is a food supplement with sweeteners. ADVANCED COMPLEX OF CREATINE, ARGININE, GLUTAMINE AND CITRULLINE.
TREC NITROBOLON contains creatine, which increases physical performance in succesive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercises. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Recommended daily portion is 15 g (2,5 scoops).
USAGE:
Dissolve a single serving of the product – 15 g (2,5 scoops) in 300 ml of water in a shaker. Take 1 serving daily. On workout days: 1 serving 30 min. before the training. On non-workout days: 1 serving 30 min. before the main meal.
WARNINGS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not use the product in case of circulatory system problems or sensitivity to caffeine. Do not combine with alcohol! The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
