Carnitine, naturally produced by the body from methionine and lysine, has the task of transporting long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria, which convert them into energy. For this reason, representatives of endurance sports and people who fight with excess weight go for carnitine.
L-Carnitine 3000 contains a stable form of tartaric acid-bound carnitine (carnitine tartrate) that safely passes through the digestive system. People fighting with adipose tissue will be particularly happy with the presence of tartaric acid, because, as one of the hydroxy acids, it slows down the uptake of glucose from the gastrointestinal tract and inhibits its influx into the adipose tissue.
L-Carnitine is also a rather mandatory supplement for people on a ketogenic diet, which is dominated by fat-based energy.
Trec L-Carnitine 3000 is a food supplement (L-Carnitine tartrate in capsules). Each capsule delivers 1000 mg of L-Carnitine tartrate. Recommended daily portion is 3 capsules.
Recommended use:
Take a single serving of the product - 1 capsule with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings daily, preferably 30 min. before a meal or a workout.

L-Carnitine tartrate (83,3%); capsule shell (gelatine; colour - titanium dioxide); anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Warnings:
